KØLF 180316. Yellow colour with a white head. Aroma is citrus, bread. Flavour is fruit, lemon, yeast, wheat, bread, citrus, grain. Interesting beer.

Unclear pale yellow color with a fine white head. Ok intensity in the aroma. Medium body and a fine carbonation. Pleasant acidity. Wheat, citric and lactic flavor. A really interesting and tasty brew!

A very light yellow beer, a head is medium and white. Aroma has tartness, some lemon and fruitness, hint of sour bread. Taste has lemon and tartness, light. Light bodied, the tartness sticks to teeth. Decent.

500 ml bottle. Unclear pale yellow body with a small white head. A bit gentle, but delicate aroma of citric fruit, lemon and unusually yeast with a hint of fresh bread. Flavor is light, refreshing fruity, quite yeasty with some acidic citric fruit and fresh bread. Medium to light bodied and aftertaste in the same direction. A bit unusually brew that grows in taste if you let it. Interesting and very refreshing.

Bottle, batch 1577. Pours hazy light yellow, with a quickly dissipating fizzy head. Aroma is light tart lactic acid, berries and fruit peel, as well as some yeasty notes of bread. Light body, with soft to average carbonation. Flavour is tart, with yeast and wheaty notes, as well as lactic acid,lemon and musty fruit.

Taste is mild sour-ish mineraly, weeds, soda powder, sour grass, hay, minerals, yeast, paper. Little bitterness, watery and mineraly mouthfeel. Personally, I’d never release something like this on the market. I’d simply dump the entire batch...

Bottle. A hazy, pale yellow colored beer without head. A few bubbles showed up though. The aroma has a doughy start, with a hint of pale malts and spent grains, before the generic fruityness and some lemon and clementine kicks in. It’s medium to thin on the palate, with some carbonation. Could use some more to make it stand out from a regular lemonade. Fruity, lightly citrusy flavor with a doughy backdrop. Lasting citrus, lemon and clementine mostly, finish. Could sure need some more carbonation this one, but it’s a fine brew for sure. Thirst quencher. 160402
