Bottle. Wine Rack, Sharrow, Sheffield. Very hazy, watery gold. No head. Nose has yeasty bread. Sweet lemon yogurt. Hint of vanilla pod. Hint of lactic twang. Taste is sweet first off, turning lightly sour. Light, bright, crisp mouthfeel. Sourness carries on through the finish, drying out along the way. Quenching.

Poured from a bottle at Bryggerifestivalen Trondheim 2016. Pale grey-golden body, no head, fragile lacing. Discreet aroma of ripe lemon. Green apples and lemony tartness to the taste buds. Mid-dry tart and sweet ending. Okay to drink, still not my kind of beer (shared with bergstaden, 05.08.2016).

Lett tåkete gulbrun med lavt hvitt skum. Lukter korn, gjær, noe trevirke, kvae og epler. Lett.

Bottle @ home shared with Inoven. Clear pale golden color, virtually no head. Faint aroma and the slight bit of aroma it has I find hard to describe. Taste is dry, fruitpeel sour-bitter, a bit like a cider. I also get (Dutch) "melkzuur als in yoghurt". A dry fruity cider with slightly fruitpeel sourish hints. Refreshing though after a couple of sips.
