Pours dark amber from the bottle. Head is foamy, porous, but settles to a stable frothy layer. Aroma is fermenting tropical fruit, wood, floral notes. Taste is bitter with citric, tangy notes. Body is thick. Overall not bad, but kind of disjointed.

Frothy beige head stayed well on a hazy brown still body. Minimal aroma & I’m just picking out the lager & malt. Medium bodied, airy mouthfeel with a tickle down the throat. Dry on the aft. Hoppy fruity tastes with caramel & malt hints on the back. Tastes a bit like a shandy. Far too easy to drink

Taste: very bitter start, bit soapy, malty touch, grassy. Aftertaste: very dry, bitter, resinous, chewy hops, slightly sweet. Lovely beer.

Bottle from Mitra Bunnik, BB 03-2018, large sample. Clear dark golden color, big rocky head. Aroma of flowery hop, bit soapy even, slight grainy malt, hint of sulphur. Medium flowery bitterness, some toffee sweetness. I like Sorachi Ace with stouts, but it is a bit overpowering in low abv golden beers. Bit too much.

Bottle from Markt, Den Haag. Poured a hazy medium amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is creamy caramel yeast, big citrus. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a light watery big citrus palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
