Bottled. Hazy orangeish golden colour with a mediumsizaed white long lasting head. Aroma is grassy, mild fruity and some sweet bready maltiness to it. Flavour is rather bitter with some grassy, herbal and mild floral notes. Some sweet and crisp malts to it. Interesting brew, which is having some IPL elements, but still feels more like a proper Pils.

Bottle. Color: Clear golden, white head. Aroma: Hoppy, grapefruit, lemon. Taste: Hoppy, grassy, fruity lemon and grapefruit notes. Starting moderate bitter going towards medium bitter towards and at the fruity finish. Moderate sweet. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Nice one, I like the dry and bitter, fruity finish.

Bottle from Hausmann, kept cold (but a bit over its date). Medium golden amber with light haze and moderate head. Smells like German variety C hops and English toffee biscuits. Moderate body, mild caramel, decent mix of earthy, dank, and citrusy-pine on the tongue. Pretty powerful lasting bitterness, but it's nice and smooth. Good one!

Bottle at the Franconian Beerfest 2019. Lightly hazy gold, with a high, tall airy head. Lemony nose, straw, grass, clean. Bitter, grassy, straw, grapefruit. Crisp, clean, hoppy, great.

Bottle in downtown bamberg, golden color hazed thick white head. Aroma of pilsener malts with huge hops backing with indeed foreign hops providing citrusy and grapefruit flavor and relatively intense bitterness. Solid malty backbone with pepper and yeast, bread doughy and grass. Super silky smooth palate still quite dry, average carbonation, thick body, creamy texture. Nice.

6/8/2018. Bottle from Die Bierothek, Wurzburg. Pours slight hazy mid-gold with an average sized foamy off-white head. Aroma of hops, citrus and tropical fruit, malt, bread, light pine and grass. Moderate sweetness, bitterness and body. Slight oily texture, average carbonation. Nice level of fruity sweetness in the finish with a little dryness and lingering bitterness. Good stuff.

Hazy medium dark golden color. Very grassy but with some fruitiness that you usually wouldn’t get in a typical pils and going towards and IPL. Not as bone dry as many pils in this area but nice backbone. Super well balanced. Very aggressive bitter finish. Excellent

Funky nose. Interesting taste of candied fruits and lots of hopps. Not a typicall bitter for sure, but a good one!

Hazy golden color, white head with good retention. Aroma has notes of pale malts, slightly citrus and some bready. Flavor with a decent bitterness, malty and fruity. Bittery final, slightly dry mouthfeel, good maltiness.

Many thanks for this Extra Special Bitter to Mariusz. ESB w dolnej fermentacji, ciekawe podejscie, nie mniej IBU jest tu 58 a wyczuwa sie jakby bylo w przedziale 90-100. Moze piana srednia i szybko opada ale fajnie jaskrawo mglista zlota barwa, do tego estry zywiczne wodza nos na pokuszenie. Co my tu mamy, swierki, tuje, cisy, kwiaty hortensji, magnolie, ilez tu zywicznych klimatow tyle co gorczycy w musztardzie. Dosadnie i z przytupem jest tu bardzo chmielnie, Brytyjczycy byli by dumni z takiej goryczy. I takie cudo zrobil browar z Bamberga miescie pachnacym wedzonka i smogiem, a tu prosze ilez tu lupuliny na jezyku, w gardle i w przelyku. Calkiem trafny napis na kontr etykiecie: " For HOP Head Only" Bardzo polecam.
