Aroma of wheat, light citrus, tons of coriander. Flavour is citric with more coriander in the aftertaste. Not bad, not too special either.

Van de tap op terras van Le Penseur in Middelburg. Licht troebel geel, gouden kleur. Wit schuim. Fris aroma, wat citrus. Ook de smaak is lekker fris met ook weer wat citrus.

hazy pale yellow colour, minimal white head, which fully disappears within a few minutes; aroma of wheat and lemony notes; taste of malty sweetness with bread and slight lemony notes; not that good witbier

Bottle shared thanks to Deanso. Cloudy orange with a small off white head. Aroma of wheat, spice, hay and light fruits. Flavour is light sweet and light to moderate bitter. Light to light medium bodied with light carbonation.

Bottle @ home. Lightly hazy a bit pale yellow color, virtually no head. Aroma is yeasty, hayish and a bit herbal or spicy. Taste is lightly hayish, a slight grassy bitterness, again a slight touch of herbs or spices. Very watery texture, low body, low carbonation.

Small white head over unclear yellow beer with verdigris sheen. Bit vinous as (weak) white wine, and a lot of coriander, citrus. Rather fresh flavours, instead of vinous, more like lemonade. Citrussy flavour, not unpleasant, despite the unmistakable coriander origin. Spritzy, light, refreshing. Not too bad. I wonder what a little less coriander, and a tad more real citrus (kafirlimepeel, anyone?) could accomplish. Can’t recognise any special grainflavour.

5/VII/14 - 33cl bottle @ Emelisse Brewery (Kamperland) - BB: IX/15 (2014-767) Thanks to Travlr for sharing today's beers!
Little hazy pale beige to yellow beer, small creamy off-white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: it's a witbier all right, spicy, coriander, orange peel, some banana, a sweet touch to it. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: very yeasty, banana peel, spices, lots of coriander, little hoppy, grassy touch. Aftertaste: bitter, spicy, coriander overload, hoppy touch, very yeasty kind of bitterness, bit metallic, green banana.

Pale blond with light haze. Strong aroma of coriander seed. It comes through well in the flavour too. Clean and refreshing.
