Getrunken als „Cooper's Cider Original“. Klingt englisch ist aber urdeutsch. Herb fruchtig. Säuerliche Noten recht reduziert. Trotzdem nicht zu süß. Alkohol weitgehend verschleiert. Durchaus vollmundig. Eher kohlensäurearm. Recht trinkbar.

# 2445; 4/2021. Sweet apple and apricot aroma. Brilliant gold body. Medium carbonation, vague sweet, appel, refreshing, good drinkability. Good, but vague cider. 1 l, clear glas bottle, beershop, Prague.

Can, REWE. Golden, big bubbles. Dry nose, light mop, bubblegum/sasafras sweetened apples, medium body, light sticky, quick almondcake finish

Helder geel, zo goed als plat. Frisse zoete en licht zure appeltjes, vleugje honing, zacht vanille-achtig randje, beetje steeltjes en hout. Niet gek.

33cl bottle, thanks Koelschtrinker, Euro Swap 3. Poured golden color with a thin white head. Sweet apples, artificial notes. Continues in flavor. Mediocre.

330ml bottle from National Brewery Centre, Burton on Trent. Pours clear gold. Stewed caramelised apple character with light balsamic shades. Moderately sweet. A touch thin. Unremarkable commercial German cider.

500 ml can. Golden colour. Ripe apples, pear, Apfelschorle. Dry sourness, fruity sweetness. Medium bodied, watery texture, fizzy carbonated, dry sour finish. Very drinkable and straight forward Apfelwein/Cider.

Find ich ja ulkig, dass eine deutsche Kelterei hier versucht englisch auszusehen - traut man Deutschen keinen Cider zu? Der muss sich echt nicht verstecken, vor allem nicht hinter Bulmers und Magners. Spritzig frisch, leicht mostig, hinten raus erdiger. Könnte intensiver sein, trotzdem okay, nicht zu künstlich.
