On cask at Proeflokaal Arendsnest, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma has some cardboard notes, some leather and gentle funk. Flavour has plenty of oxidation, carbonation, some funk, and a little funk. Lots of oxidation and bitterness on the finish. Leaves plenty to be desired.

From bottle. Golden color. Only a soft citrus and oak aroma. Sour, citric flavor with vanilla. Well carbonated for a lambic. Mix of 80% 1 year Old lambic, 20% 5 year Old lambic. Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016. Golden color. Yoghurt and citrus in the aroma and flavor. Butter. Diacetyl (7 3 7 2 14 = 3.3)

375ml 2016 bottle. Pours a misty gold with a slowly receding white head. Familiar lambic funk on the nose. Taste perhaps lacks a little carbonation, and thus bite, the zesty floral wild spicy lambic funk is presence, but needs a little encouragement to come out of its shell a bit.

0,375l bottle at Sebilinzs place shared by Erich, big thanks. As "Lambic Feb 2016 5.8%". amber hazy color, small white head. smells cheesy, wood, grassy, earthy, peppery, earthy, bit nutty. very nice smell. medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes earthy, spices, peppery, nutty, cheesy, grassy. finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of cheese, earth and grassy notes. quite good one, rather on the cheese side. more on the cheese / grassy side than anything else. good stuff though.
