Slightly hazy warm golden colour, white head (quite persistent for a lambic actually). Fruity aroma, citrus, light butter. Fruity sour flavour, citrus. Fruity finish. A bit more thin than expected finish. Nice!!

(Cask at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 25 Feb 2018) Pale amber colour with dense, off-white head. Fruity, sourish nose with citrus, grapefruit, green grapes and barnyard. Fruity, tart taste with notes of grapefruit, sour green grapes, green apples, stable and a dry and tart finish. Medium body, dry. Tasty and well made lambic, possibly a bit sharp. Quite nice.

Sampled from hand pump in front of ’De Bierkoning’ during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016, blend of 80% of about one-year-old and 20% of five-year-old lambic. Hazy, golden amber. Sourish-fruity, slightly funky aroma of gooseberry, quince, grains and butter. Sweetish, slightly sourish, fruity and a little funky taste of gooseberry, quince, grains and some butter, followed by a medium long, moderately tart finish. Thin to medium body, slightly astringent mouthfeel, flat. Nice!
