Bottle@Taphouse Tuesday Bottle Share, Copenhagen - Pours brown with a off white head. Toasty and medium roasted malty, with some cocoa, some caramel, toffeish notes, light burnt malty nuances. Pretty decent overall.

Bottle, 6.5%. Very dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, caramel, chocolate and bread. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, caramel, bread, medium sweet, hop, coffee, notes of sourness and a little bitter.

On tap at What’s Brewing Beer Festival 2015, Stavanger. Pours dark brown with solid beige head. Aroma of chocolate, coffee. Some fruity notes. Well balanced. Smooth mouth feel. Not bad, but nothing special.

Highly recommendable tasty beer.
Opaque black and subtle red color. Nice thick tan head. Inviting stuff. Nice prominent espresso and toffee aroma. Medium to full body and a fine smooth carbonation. Mellow balanced sweetness and a bit oily texture. Espresso, mild roast, mild chocolate and toffee in the flavor. Yummi.

(bottle, 33cl) Dark brown colour with a beige, medium-sized foamy head. Moderately roasted malty aroma with hints of dark chocolate, espresso and a whiff of vanilla. Roasty bitter and slightly sweet flavour, medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Moderately roasted dark malt character with notes of dark chocolate, coffee and shades of herbal hops in the background, getting slightly stronger towards the bitter-sweet finish. Bouteille: Hazy, deep amber coloured, mid-sized and slowly collapsing off-white head; slightly alcoholic nose of dried fruits, vanilla/wood and residual hops; moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied, not very soft; lingering toasty and hoppy finish. Pretty good…
