Schlappeseppel Weißbier ist wegen der Verwendung des "schalenlosen" Weizenmalzes (es fehlen die Hüllsubstanzen, die das Gerstenmalz hat) ein sehr weiches Bier. Spezielle obergärige Reinzuchthefe verleiht dem Weißbier fruchtiges bis blumiges Aroma. Durch den höheren Kohlensäuregehalt entsteht bei behutsamem Einschenken die schöne und voluminöse Weißbier Schaumkrone.

Old rating from 28-03-16 - 500ml bottle, pours a orange hazy colour with a white head. Aromas of flora, citrus & sweet malt. Tastes of flora, citrus, orange peel, banana, clove & sweet malt. Aftertaste of citrus & sweet malt with a mild bitterness.

Karbunn on väga kõrge, aga muidu täitsa viisakas nisukas.

Appearance: Cloudy bright yellow with a tall white frothy head ofhigh retention. Aroma and taste: Banana, overripe apples, wheat bread, less clove a nd hop. Light sweet and bitter, Mouth feel: medium minus body, lively carbonation. Summary: Nice Weizen.

Hazy golden. Aroma is yeasty with more apple than banana and a little malty minerally base. My brain says curcuma but idk. Taste is minerally fresh yeasty slight green juice. Medium drinkable. Alright.

Bottle from Gabriel - Cheers! 🍻. Large white, ever-growing foamy head on a hazy pale gold body. Banana, clove & yeast aroma. Medium bodied, smooth with a highly carbonated back. Lemon, yeast, chalk, banana & clove tastes. Very nice.

Hazy, pale gold with a frothy, white head that lingers. Aroma of fresh dough and banana. Taste is mildly banana sweet, with a clingy, clay-like consistency. Texture though trends watery. Missing a spice component. Serviceable.
