Yes, it tastes bitter. But doesn’t resemble what I think of as a typical English bitter. Some very funky earthy flavours going on. You need to be open minded. Just hope they don’t go change the Untappd style classification!! 😔

It's a disgrace that I forgot to check this in -- a new style for me! I must be getting old. Had it a couple weeks ago. Very enjoyable, very bitter. I'd drink it again.

Unclear brown with a big beige colored foamy head. Roasted malt, dark bread, cocoa, hints of smoke, earthy notes, toffee. Malty NA sweetness. Light bodied, watery creamy texture, lively carbonated, dry roasty malty sweet finish. A well made alcohol free dark ale.

Rather dark amber and a white head. Surprisingly malty, burnt caramel, slightly bitter.

0.33 l bottle from 'Craftbeer-Shop.com', best before January 2022. Murky, brown with a large, fluffy, quickly diminishing, beige head. Sweetish, malty, gently fruity, slightly herbal-grassy, a bit roasty aroma of chocolate, marmelade, raisins and nuts. Slightly sweet, gently bitter, moderately malty, a bit herbal-grassy, a little fruity taste of marmelade, chocolate, coffee, tea leaves and light raisins, followed by a short, quite bitter, rather dry, slightly roasty and gently herbal-grassy finish. Thin to medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice idea, bot perfectly executed, still drinkable.
