71, Gallus and Dead End Brew Machine. East meets West in this big hitting New England style DIPA. We used epic amounts of Citra, Denali and Motueka hops and a combination of Burlington and London Fog yeast to create this juicy flavour bomb with a full on west coast style bitterness. Boom!

Murky amber beer, bubbly cream colour head. Airy dry palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Dry malts, mildly sweet. Pithy bitter hops. Dry bitterness. Citric peel and a little spice..Dry finish. Dry and a little clumsy.

Bottle from Westhill Service Station. Murky amber body with a medium off-white head. Faint lacing. Aroma of mint, mango and tangerine. Flavour of biscuit, dried orange and pine. Medium body with a creamy mouthfeel. Soft fizz. I like the fruity aroma but overall itβs quite heavy and lacking in definition.

Bottle picked up at Westhill SS. It pours murky amber with a thick, foamy off-white head. The aroma is fresh, juicy, creamy, grassy, weedy, ripe fruits, creamy peach, apricot and mango. The taste is dry, bitter, green, grassy, weedy, pine needles, resin, some alcohol, pithy, zesty, juicy peach, apricot and papaya with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Balance works rather well. Ain't a looker, but tastes nice.

Hazy yellow, white head. This is exactly what you expect from this type. Hefty hop, bitter tropical fruit and an aftertaste so dry it almost has a sour fruit feel to it. A sipper, and very nice.

7.7 abv murky amber.. Thin white lacing... Soft sweet floral passion orange fruits nose.... Juicy chalky fruit.. Lightest bitter edge.. Soft fruits

Keg at the hanging bat. Pours hazy orange, nose is passionfruit, mango, peach, taste is dry, herbal, tropical fruit, grassy.
