Keg at Casc. It pours hazy dirty orange with minimal head. The aroma is rich, oily, perfumed, tangy, jammy fruits, marmalade, olives, tangy, umami and some balsamic vinegar. The taste is slick, oily, tangy, tart, umami, green, definite olive character, bit of acidity, salty, lemonade, limeade, balsamic vinegar and orange marmalade with a slick finish. Medium body, fine carbonation and oily mouth - feel. Very weird indeed. Too savoury. I like my Martinis clean anyhow....

Keg at MK BG, 05/02/18. A reddish glow in a deep amber pour with a well presented beige head. Nose is tarte berry fruit skins, fruit balsams, acidic nostril tickle, damp wood, red grape must. Taste comprises dry rot, sharp red berry intake, vinous, acidic bite, decaying berry fruits, barnyard notes, fucked over grapes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a big puckering smack. A well made bracing sour.

Tap@Mother Kelly's, Bethnal Green - Pours a dark red Amber colour with small off white ringed head. Sour fruity with berry fruity notes, berry skin, vinegar notes, touch balsamic, light or medium body, medium acidity, tart fruity finish.
