Venloosch Wit is de ultieme combinatie van de volmondige smaak van gemoute gerst, tarwe en haver met een subtiele hint van citrus. Dit maakt Venloosch Wit tot het perfecte bier voor alle seizoenen. Een witbier met een zeer fijn aroma en frisse afdronk. Mild gehopt, maar zeker doordrinkbaar. Niet te bitter met een stevige schuimstabiliteit en een mooi egale troebeling. Bier met een mooie citrus toets van sinaasappelschil en een licht milde kruidigheid van koriander.

Bottle @ Preuf en praotlokaal De Klep, Venlo. Clear golden color full sized white head that lasts for a long time. Aroma is wheat, lightly citrus, ice soft citrussy hoppyness. Suitable soft texture, average body and carbonation which suit the beer well. Quite refreshing.

Draft at Cafe Bruxelles, Haarlem. Pours cloudy brownish yellow with a white head. Aroma of citrus, wheat, light fruity and grain. Flavor is light to light moderate sweet and bitter. Light bodied with moderate carbonation.

300ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with huge, rapidly diminishing, minimally lacing, snow-white head. Wheaty and slightly herbal-spicy aroma, coriander, subtle fruitiness with hints of orange and lemon. Taste has a predominant, bitter herbal note, slightly assertive hints of lemon; light and slightly watery - some more fruitiness, even a touch of peach and mango, in the sediment. Overall slightly unbalanced, one-sided; at least not too sweet.

Slightly hazy pale yellow colour, good frothy to flocky white head, reduces after a while to a thin foamy layer, nice lacing. Light sour nose, aroma’s of wheat, yeast, coriander, lemon, citrus. Grainy light sweet taste, hint of bitterness and a tad sour. Light body, buttery to watery texture, finish is slightly sour, hint of bitterness, spicy notes.

Im Antrunk ist das Bier herb-würzig, hat ein bisschen was von "Almdudler-Extrakt". Im Abgang eine deutliche Kräuter-Zitronennote. Das Bier ist sehr interessant und durchaus empfehlenswert.

Tap @ Arendsnest. Pale yellow color, murky. Aroma’s of wheat, herbs & spices, with a hint of sourness retronasal. Flavor is lightly sweet, grainish, wheat. Light bodied. Finish is lightly bitter with some grain. OK witbier.
