Keg atvthe Cock Tavern - Hackney. Pours clear orange-gold with almost no head. Tasty, with sturdy acidity, some lime notes for sure, lemony tartness, soft cooling mint. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Lightly drying finish, more citric bite, background zest. Certainly enjoyable.

On tap at Beer Gonzo Taproom, Coventry, with Dad and Pauline. Saturday 7th October 2017 Hazy warm gold with barely any head to speak of. Minty but unlike the the Hawkshead this is rather more restrained. A moderate sourness gives way to to a minty fresh but woody softness. A8 A4 T7 P4 Ov15 3.8
