Bottle from Cork & Cask. Clear golden body with a thick off-white head. Lively carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of cereal and grapefruit pith. Flavour of lemon, minerals, bay leaf and green tea. Thin body with a watery texture. Soft fizz. Subtle and tangy.

Keg at Royal Dicks. It pours very lightly hazy yellow - good with a decent white head. The aroma is big jasmine tea vibes, fragrant, perfumed. floral, green, grassy and parma violets. The taste is dry, clean, bitter, peppery spice, light tannin, green tea, floral, jasmine, straw, grass with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Works well. Very drinkable.
