Unfiltered German-style Helles
Marie-Ange (1907 – 1996) is our maternal great-grandmother, fondly remembered as Mémé. Born in Quebec, she emigrated to the Northeast Kingdom with her husband Edward J. Fournier. In her honor, we brew a beautifully soft, Unfiltered and naturally carbonated German-style Helles. Lightly hazy, naturally carbonated and truly enjoyable, this is the beer we dream to have shared with Marie.

A decent helles but still just a helles. Let's not lose our minds just because it's Hill Farmstead making it here. Crisp with a hint of mercury. Some light sweetness. Clear golden pour with decent head and lacing. Easy drinking tap at Churchkey.

Can. Trade. Pours slight unclear yellow with a small creamy head. Freshly baked bread, White bread, honey dew, newly cut grass. Super crisp. Perfect level of carbonation. Bready malty finish with a fine crisp hop bitterness. Impressed!

Canned, thanks Ottawa friends. Clear golden, small head. Fruity nose with mild grass. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Harmonious and malt centric. Fairly low bitterness.

Oh boy, waarom kan een NL brouwerij niet gewoon van dit soort Duitse stijl pils maken en in halve liters verkopen
