Bottle picked up at Premier Gourmet in Amherst, and recommended by their staff. Hard pour as suggested on the bottle put up a furious stack of tan head, but it reduces quickly enough. Opaque brown with a rich and strong sweet malty nose of plums and dried fruit. The taste is exceptional. Deep rich malts full of plum, cider, dried fruit. A mild touch of booze, solid brown sugar, with a mild touch of bitterness that lingers. Really nice.

12.7 oz bottle from Grocery Outlet. Reddish brown pour, cloudy, fizzy head. Sour, yeasty aroma, prunes, plums, raisins. Taste starts with sour, brown sugar, pit fruit, sweet, Belgian yeast. Right on target.

Taster at the brewery. Pours a murky, reddish, brown color, with a big, frothy, beige head. The nose is ripe apples, sourdough, woody hops, and lots of musty notes. Sweet and malty, with a grainy, funky bitterness. Medium body, with a crisp, yeasty palate. This is an interesting and grain-forward beer.

Pale and a bit hazy. Medium head. Some plastic accents to this, a like the pepper, bubblegum, not bad overall despite those faults.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest, pours an opaque cloudy orange with a large white head. Aroma brings out earthy notes, wild yeast, and some feet. Flavour brings out a nice earthy character, saison yeast and light cereal malt sweetness. Lightly earthy and pleasantly sweet on the finish. Good depth and complexity. Nicely balanced. Very good.
