Bottle shared in London - cheers! Pours clear gold with a frothy, white head. Odd nose, some aged lemon, dried apples. Lightly sweet, dry, musty, some apple skins, pine needles. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Drying finish, more restrained lemony notes, grass, pine. So so. A bit odd.

Bottle shared at Craft CG - big thanks to Allmyvinyl for the hook-up! It pours clear amber with a small white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, juicy, tangy fruits, apple pie, some greenness, aniseed and fennel. The taste is crisp, dry, touch of tartness, white grape, apple skin, green, woody, fennel, aniseed, aloe Vera, sherbet and lemon-peel. Finish is drying. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Unusual, but in a good way. Way better than expected.

Bottle shared at Craft Beer Co Holburn, 25/04/2018. Many thanks! A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is sweet woody apple, jammy apple curd, light tang Flavour is composed of tangy apple, woody apple, dried apple, not much sorachi, woody. Paalte si medium tang, light tannin, moderate carboantion. nice.

Bottle split at CBC Gilesborn, thanks to Scopey, 25/04/18. Almost clear golden with a decent off white covering. Nose is apple pulp, lime leaves, straw, light spice. Taste comprises apple skins, grass, Sorachi hint, lime, herbal notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok for an off piste cider but couldn't drink a whole load of this.
