Half of keg at the Old Red Cow. A cloudy and golden pour with lots of bubbles and a bit of a head. The nose was yeast and there was a lot of it in the flavour too! It took me a couple of sips to "get" the beer, but then I enjoyed the balance between the yeast and hops with a welcome emphasis on the yeast. The mouthfeel was pleasant, but I felt that the carbonation was too high and created a sharpness that disturbed the balance. Apart from that it was all very enjoyable.

Keg at salty.. Golden yellow.. Thin white lacing... Dry herbal lemon.. Soft fruits nose.. Light dry bitter orange fruits

Keg at the bow bar. Pours hazy pale orange, nose is lemon, spiced, floral, taste is sweet, grassy, spiced, lemon.

Cask @ Wellington, Birmingham. Hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, herbal and yeasty. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 250717

Tap @ Wellington, Birmingham. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are ueast, fruits, flowers, malt and hops.
