Keg at Six degrees north Aberdeen. It pours clear golden with a small white head. The aroma is fresh, fragrant, floral, quite bright, hay, barnyard funk, baked goods and light vanilla creaminess. The taste is dry, bitter, earthy brett, funk, spice, floral action, gorse, hay, creamy coconut and a touch of soap. Finish is dry and earthy. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Plenty going on. Good fun.
