Bottle at home in London - picked up at Clapton Craft. Pours mostly clear yellow-gold with some effervescence and a fizzy head that fades out immediately. The aroma smacks of tart pear, rhubarb, lemon. Light sweet flavour with sturdy but not excessive acidity, some lemon, jammy rhubarb, peach. Light bodied with spritzy, massaging carbonation. Clean finish, tart and quenching, with further restrained acidity, more rhubarb, lemon, pear, white grape, and just a hint of saltiness. I really love the Tartelette series, and this is another great iteration.
