Fun fact #1: Wednesday is named after the Norse god Odin (Odin’s-day = Woden’s-day = Wednesday). Fun fact #2: Odin is the Norse god of wisdom, death, poetry, magic and TACOS. Fun fact #3: Our buddies at Interboro love tacos almost as much as we do--hence this crushable collab! Assertively hopped with German-grown Perle and Czech-grown Saaz for maximum herbal hop freshness & crisp bitterness. 100% pils-tastically delicious.

16 oz. In production again. Says it's a pilsner on the can. Gushed all over the place after cracking it open. Aroma is grainy, herbal, crackery, bready. Pours slightly hazy golden with a two finger fluffy off-white head with excellent retention. Taste has a light herbal hop bitterness and just a touch of bready malt sweetness; finishes fairly dry. Other than it being a gusher, this was a fantastic pils.

Can at home, I dig the design on this label. Fine dirty blonde pour. Nose is light hops and melon. Tastes of hop, lager yeast, cantolupe, honeybdew, some cracker and pepper. Very refreshing. Quite good.

Can. Pours clear golden with foamy off-white head, faint yeast and malt aroma, lightly bitter malty taste, thin body, abrupt finish with faint bitter aftertaste. Nice lager, simply more hopped than usual.
