Off white frothy head left a cover on a translucent, finely carbonated, light brown body. Dark berry fruit aroma with malt hints. Medium bodied, lightly carbonated, soft on the palate & cloying on the finish. Taste is similar to the aroma, red berries, floral, quite sweet & peppery finish.

Appearance- tries to escape the can, pours amber with an enormous off-white head, which eventually settles. Aroma- cereal, wheat malt, hints of toffee and caramel, hop hints. Taste- creamy malt, caramel and hints of toffee, some fruity hops, lemon meringue, smooth and fluffy mouthfeel, quite a sweet finish.

Keg at Six Deg North. It pours clear rich amber with a medium off-white head. The aroma is sweet, tangy, caramel, kaffir lime and bready malt base The taste is bitter - sweet, caramel, cola, cornbread, lime, toasty grain, earth, wood and tannin with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. No depth at all. I suppose it’s OK for what it is.
