Keg at the brewery tap. Pours cloudy yellow-gold with a small, creamy white head. Some lactic character in the nose, lemon, sweat. Light sweet flavour with fairly assertive tartness, lots of tangy lemon, salty sweat, a little wheat, quenching acidity. Light to medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. Cleansing acidity in the finish, plenty more lemon, ripe and salty sweat. Refreshing and sharp.

Keg at BD Soho. It pours cloudy gold with a decent white head. The aroma is fresh, fragrant, floral, funky, lemon sherbet, tangy, white bread, cracker, hay and straw. The taste is crisp, tart, floral, bright acidity, lemon peel, zesty, gooseberry, biscuit, zingy, sort of soapy and white bread with a drying finish. Light - medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Well rounded and quaffable.
