Bag in Box in The Milan Bar. It pours clear very pale greenish with no head. The aroma is sweet, sticky, oak, vanilla, apple pie, slightly medicinal and damp hay. The taste is rather sweet, oily, sticky, dessert apple, apple pie, calvados, oak and tannin with a slick, syrupy finish. Medium body, no carbonation and oily mouth - feel. Too sweet and syrupy for me. Sits heavy on the palate.

Bag in box at the foot of the walk. Pours clear golden, nose is earthy, apple, taste is sweet, crisp apple.
