Third of a cask pint at the Scottish Real Ale Festival in Edinburgh’s Corn Exchange on 7th July 2017. Light amber body, wispy white covering. Light yeasty esters within the malty molasses that ruled the aroma. Taste also malt forward with caramel sweetness pushing everything else in it’s path out of the way. My sweet tooth liked it.
