Sampled@Nolia Beer 2019. Goldeny orange colour with a small white head. Aroma is zest, some spiciness, mild peppery tones with a bit of funk. Flavour is zest, citrus, toffee, some white peppery tones with mild coriander as well.

Keg at the Bow Bar. Pours hazy golden with a thin white head. Aromas of white pepper and something faintly soapy. Taste is more of the same. Peppery linger. Not quite dry enough for me.

On tap at Bow Bar Edinburgh. Clear gold lasting white head. Saison peppery aroma. A little sweet herby flavour. Almost urinal cake. Not great. Some sweetness. Bit too herby for me. Ok. Barely

Third of a cask pint at the Scottish Real Ale Festival in Edinburgh’s Corn Exchange on 7th July 2017. Hazy golden amber pour, wispy topping. Interesting beer, found the orange peel, pepper and coriander in the nose and taste, not too sure what ’Pink Peppercorn’ smells or tastes like? Hid the alcohol pretty well.

On cask @ SRAF. Golden with a decent head. Some gorse notes. Some burnt notes too. Citrus is the main thing. The taste is very similar in fact. Solid.
