Very dark brown beer, thin tan head. Cinnamon floral nose! Palate is light and semi dry. Mellow dark malts, mild smoke. Mellow and well blended spices, cinnamon and floral ginger. Light semi dry finish. Fairly smooth spice beer, not over done.

Bottle from Cornelius. Dark brown body with a medium beige head that slowly fades. Light lacing. Aroma of green pepper, toast and spices. Flavour of Dr Pepper, chocolate, caramel and warming spices. Thin body with a watery, slightly oily texture. Soft fizz. Unusual but very drinkable for the strength.
