Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 07/03/21. Clear golden to copper with an off white covering that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is airy malts, grass, orange zest, grains. Taste comprises caramel, orange peel, toasted malts, biscuit, sweet notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close tinged with modest hop bitterness. Average fayre ... comes over more like a hopped up ESB than any kind of IPA/APA.

Bottle shared with Ashton McCobb. Pours clear golden with a thick white head and a light haze. Aromas of light malt and faint fruit. Taste is light sweet, strawberry. Not really a west coast ipa. Clean enough on the finish, if a bit thin.

Bottle from Aldi, Inverurie. It pours clear amber with a medium white head. The aroma is toasty grain, rivita, cracker, bread, resin leafy hops, citrus and earth. The dry, firm bitterness, lemon peel, tangy grapefruit, resin, peppery spice, touch dusty and biscuit with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Fairly average stuff. A bit ho hum.
