A recipe dreamt up and named on a summers afternoon on the brewery steps. A Light refreshing session ale with a clean crisp finish. Malts – Pale, Munich, cara, oats and torrified wheat. Hops – cascade, centennial and simcoe.

On cask at Wigtown Ploughman in Wigtown - Hazy pale yellow, thin white head. Flowery grassiness in this one, some pale malts and citrus hops make it easy drinking.

[50cl bottle from the Post Office, Isle of Whithorn.] A hazy pale amber pour with a loose white head; malty aroma with a touch of lemon; chewy malt body with a little lemon; then a sharp citrus finish. Tasty and easy drinking.

Bottle from the brewery online shop. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of light floral hops and custard. Taste is light fruity tropical notes, more custard. Tangy finish.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - golden with a nice fluffy white head. Nose - floral and custard. Taste - custard and slightly sweeter almost icing thing. Palate - ligh bodied, creamy texture. Tangy dryish finish. Overall - not bad.

Cask at the Paisley beer festival 2017.. Light Amber... Zezty fruits sherbert lemon fruits nose.. Dry fruits.. Long lemon peel finish
