(Cask at Euston Tap, Euston, London, 20 April 2017) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, grapefruit and tropical fruit. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, tropical fruit, grapefruit, mango, hints of resin and a generous citric bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh and tasty with a generous hop presence. Nice one.

On cask at the Hanging Bat. Appearance - golden with a nice fluffy head. Nose - blood orange and pink grapefruit. Then it dulls down to caramel shortbread. Taste - much less exciting than the nose. Toffee and shortbread again. Light resin bit citrus has gone. Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture and a fairly good finish. Overall - I loaded this in the good faith that it was an ipa. I’m thinking bitter. Or mild even!
