Draft. A hazy golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of brett and gooseberries. The flavor is sour with notes of brett and gooseberries, leading to a tart finish.

Draught @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Pours slightly hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of malt, yeast, light sour, little butter, yeast, light brett, tart fruit. Flavor is light sour, malt, yeast, ligh brett, hay, tart fruit, mild citrus. Medium body, average carbonation, light sour fruity finish. 6-3-7-3-14. 240617

Von Fass im Mutend Horn Berlin 2017-05 getrunken. Dieses sehr blasse Bier spart nicht nur in der Farbe sondern auch mit seinen Aromen. So kommen die typischen Saison/Farmhouse- und Stachelbeer-Aromen kaum durch. Noch nicht mal die Säure kommt wirklich durch. Nee das ist doch nur langweilig.

Tried on tap at the Craft Rooms, Lincoln. Pale yellow golden cooour with a thin white head. Aroma lemon sherbet. Taste light citrus, slight tart and sweet.
