Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; hazy golden yellow pour with a creamy white head, aroma has dusty yeast and hint of peach, taste has spice, light ginger, crisp citrus, Belgian yeast action, ripe banana, not really my thing but drank pretty fine.

330ml bottle from the Beer Hive. Pours hazy pale gold with a thin white head. Aromas of light white pepper and lime. Taste is zingy yeast spice and more lime peel. Faint malt sweetness. Nice.

Keg at Six Degrees North, Edinburgh. Clear golden body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of banana, white pepper and herbs. Flavour of stainless steel, hop spice and and green apple peel. Medium body with a frothy mouthfeel. Light fizz. Peppery and dry. Decent, but a third of a pint was enough.

Keg at the TTO event at BD Brighton. It pours hazy golden - yellow with a decent white head. The aroma is fresh, fragrant, grassy, lemongrass, citrus peel, cereal, warming spice, ginger and a touch of nougat maybe. The taste is crisp, bitter, grassy, straw, white bread, cracker, stone fruit, melon, pithy, lemon peel, waxy grapefruit, light alcohol hit, pepper and cereal with a dry finish. Medium body and fine - moderate carbonation. Nice and quaffable Belgian. A hard style to get the balance right, but this worked well. Tasty.
