Cask @ Cock Tavern, Hackney, London. Clear blonde with a thinnish head. It’s fairly clean tasting and surprisingly dense hoppy for its easy drinking texture.

On cask at Au Bar. Appearance - golden with some head. Nose - mainly caramel and orange. Light biscuit. Taste - more caramel biscuit. Only a little orange this time. Palate - light bodied and creamy. A touch too sweet for the style methinks! Overall - hops a bit sparse.

Cask at Cronx Bar. It pours clear yellow with a small white head. The aroma is toasty grain, herbal, spice, hay, old rope, piss, grapefruit and bread. The taste is dry, bitter, pink grapefruit upfront, zesty, pithy, peppery spice, straw, lemon rind, grassy and light herbal accents with a dry finish. Light - medium body and soft carbonation. A bit more vibrant and more citrus than the Belma I had just before. Decent enough.
