Cask at Allanwater Brewhouse, Bridge Of Allan, with an entrance behind the main street but usually a board points the way. Golden with a small head. Floral notes, strong, hoppy, malts, complex, marzipan is subtle in its aftertaste.

Cask at the Larbert Beer Festival 2015. Pours hazy pale gold with no real head. Aromas of sulphur, toffee. Taste is so, so sweet! And varnish, like bring hut with a bag of varnished toffee. Unpleasant. Drain pour.

Pigs Ear. Hazy gold beer, no real head. Palate is light and a little crisp. Light sulpur, nothing serious. Fresj grapefruit, mild passion fruit and mango. Light finish with orange and lemon citrus. Decent, shame about the mild sulphur.
