Sample at the tap room. Clear amber color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Strings of lace. Piney hops, fruit and malt in the nose. Medium body with flavors of resiny hops, grapefruit and roast malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a citrusy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Bottle. Pours cloudy dark orange with some floating golden flakes, large foamy off-white head, grapefruit aroma, medium carbonation, bitter grapefruit taste with a bit of pineapple flavor, smooth somewhat thick body, long bitter grapefruit finish. Tastes fine but judging from the flakes, it might be a bit old.
