On tap @Mad for Beer (Rome). Dorata carica, schiuma media persistente. Al naso sentori di frutta tropicale, resina, agrumi, nota etilica. In bocca è un po’ sporca e leggermente sbilanciata, ancora una nota etilica fastidiosa che ne compromette la beva. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-leggera. No.

Keg at Mother Kelly’s. It pours cloudy amber with an orang hue and thick white head. The aroma is rich, bitter - sweet, sticky orange, peach, candied fruit peel, pine, marzipan and brioche. The taste is dry, very bitter, pine needles, resinous, green, grassy hops, mild astringency, bitter orange, kumquat and grapefruit with a very drying and bitter finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Maybe too bitter, pretty good nonetheless.

Keg at mother Kelly’s. A hazed dark orange amber coloured pour with a lasting off white head. Aroma is sweet orange rind, peach melba juicy, peach. Flavour is composed of semi sweet Base malts, orange rind, peach melba, little bubble gum, juicy, dry grains. Palate is semi sweet sticky resinous. Palate is medium bodied, highish carbonation sticky. Good stuff.,

Cask at Gallow’s Bird, Espoo. Colour is cloudy golden with small bubbly white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, hops and malts.

On keg at the Stockbridge Tap. Appearance - golden amber and hazy. Nice head. Nose - mango and lime. Big pine waft too. Taste - orange and apricot. Line finish. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - nice beer.

Keg at The Stockbridge Tap. Hazy amber body with a thin off-white head. Low carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of orange pith and grapefruit. Flavour of menthol and pine with a long, bitter finish. Raw and hoppy. As an aside - this brewery has a lot of high scores (and similarly worded reviews) from users with only a handful of rates that average above 4.0. A few of the user accounts were opened within days of each other. Call me sceptical but I find it suspicious...
