A New England india pale ale. Tropical fruit aromas lead to a sweet, juicy flavour that is rounded off with a lingering orange finish

Can picked up at Aldi Inverurie. It pours murky dirty amber with a medium off-white head. The aroma is fresh, juicy, oily, sticky, tropical fruit vibes, resin and fine needles. The taste is dry, bitter, pine, resinous, oily, zesty, rich tangy orange, pithy tangerine, grapefruit rind, raw green hops and a touch of alcohol with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Pretty flavoursome stuff. A very nice surprise from these guys.

Can from Aldi. Murky amber body with a thick off-white head. Lively carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of pumpkin, dried mango and sweet melon. Flavour of pine, overripe melon and orange peel. Medium body with a frothy texture. Soft fizz. Hoppy and enjoyable. I’d like to see Loch Lomond brew more canned, hop-forward beers like this.
