1st December 2015
Pigs Ear Day 1. Cask. Hazy deep brown beer, small pale tan head. Modest dark malts, a little dark chocolate. Touch of roast. Some tang. Dry finish. Okay but just another porter.

Cask at Pigs Ear 2015 day 1 - London. Pours unclear reddish brown with a creamy beige head. The nose has some semi-dark fruits, English yeast, a little cocoa, butterscotch. Medium sweet flavor with a bit of sugary chocolate, more fruity aspect, light roast. Medium bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Sweet finish, more sweet cocoa, light ashy roast, earth, dried fruits. Not bad.
