Clear yellow, thin white head. Light, tangy aroma. Flavour is unremarkable but it’s a crisp, clean, refreshing lager. Slight bitterness but some tangy fruit without being sickly.

Keg at Hippo Taproom, Glasgow. It pours amber with a decent, foamy white head. The aroma is fresh, bready, cereal, toasted grain, brown bread, earth and oats. The taste is crisp, dry, toasted oats, cereal, grain, chewy malt, earth, grass, spice, muffin, apricot and wood with a very dry finish. Medium body and moderate, prickly carbonation. Malty lagerbier. Not bad, if a bit boring.
