Bottle, 7.2%. Mild malty aroma, a bit of sweet malts, hint of brown sugar. Brown colour, small floating bits. Very small white head. The flavour is nicely malty, has a hint of paper. Mildly roasted aftertaste.

On tap at the Arends Nest, Amsterdam. Clear amber beer, good white head. Thinnish semi dry palate. A little lactose in the even malt. Subtle fruit and dry bubblegum in the background. Quite a hop bitter finish, dry. A bit clunky but okay.

bottle from Bierkoning - Danke! Hazy orange-amber colour, mid-sized off-white head. Malty base, pleasantly hoppy with a shy fruity touch.

Bottle: Hazy, amber coloured, mid-sized fluffy off-white head; caramel, fruits and gherkins in the nose; light to moderate sweetish-bitter flavour with a light acidity, quite light bodied for a beer of 7.2%; increasing bitterness in the (burnt-)malty and sourish finish. Not good.....

Thick-set, off-white head over pale orange beer iwth a foxy shine. Sharpish malts’ nose, with greenery & leaves; coloured malts dominating. Again sharpish toasted malts, peanuts, greenery & autumn leaves. Bitter in the main taste, mellowing in the finish, becoming slightly bready. Bitterness remains however present until well in the aftertaste. BIt agressive MF, quite spritzy, medium bodied. Alcohol only shows after some time. Rather crude overall.
