Melanoidynowe, rodzynki, palony karmel. Barwa ciemnomiedziana, przejrzyste, piana momentalnie znika, brak lacingu. Goryczka niska, palona. Dość wodniste, brakuje ciała, stonowane. Nie jest złe, nie ma wad, ale wszystkiego tu mało.

Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 12/04/22. Extremely dark mahogany brown with a thin beige cap. Nose is dark malts, fig rolls, stewed fruits, light herb, red grapes. Taste comprises toffee, dried fruit rinds, light spice, dark malts, herb, figgy jam. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Pleasant enough easy sipper.

Bottle at home picked up from some supermercado in Lanzarote. A clear nutty amber coloured pour with a lasting lively beige frothy head. Aroma is nice layered malts, sweet, dark fruits, cakey, dried apple, raisin. fig. Flavour is composed of toasted malts, toasted brown sugars, candy sugars, raisin, cola cubes, faint roast. Palate is semi sweet, little bitter, frothy carbonation. Good.

@Lanzarote. Colour is deep dark brown, small frothy beige head, mostly diminishing, fair lacing. Aroma rooster malt, caramel, candy sugar, dark breda. Flavour light light heavy sweet and medium bitter, roasty, caramel, dried dark fruit. Medium plus body, oily texture, soft carbonation, malty sweetbitter finish, candy sugar and burnt caramel notes, well-made doppelbock, quite a surprise, very nice.
