From bottle. It pours clear pale gold. The aroma is quite bright, fruity, tangy apple, juicy and soft honey. The taste is dry, bitter - sweet, juicy, tangy, loads of apple, touch of tartness apple skin, soft honey and bit alcohol warmth with a drying finish. Medium body and oily mouth - feel. Quite an interesting mix.

125ml at the Cambridge Beer Festival. Light gold, clear and thin. Alcohol and sour apple on the nose. Intense alcohol in the sweet burning taste. Oh God help me, did not realise this is 17%. Anyway. Thin body, alcoholic warming aftertaste. A bit much of a muchness but ultimately enjoyable.
