Keg at Andrew Usher’s. Hazy pale golden body with a thin white head that gradually fades. Good lacing. Aroma of green banana, spearmint and marshmallow. Flavour of herbs, lime peel and a hint of cucumber. Medium body with a foamy mouthfeel. Light fizz. Crisp and moreish.

Keg at Ushers. It pours hazy yellow - gold with a small white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, banana split, clove, kaffir lime and aniseed. The taste is soft, sweet, light bitterness, banana bread, clove, bright lime, hint of mint, creaminess and pepper with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Balance works out pretty well. Decent.

On keg at Ushers. Appearance - cloudy golden with a decent head. Nose - getting lime and something definitely herbaceous but not sure I’d know it was mint. Pungent green notes all round, a bit like lime pickle. Taste - banana, lime and light spice that warms the mouth. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - this is challenging but it does engage the brain. Interesting and challenging.
