Light amber, white head, fruit aroma. Taste is fruity but a bit sickly. Not bad, not great.

Cask at the King and Castle, Tourist Town Central, 02/04/16. Clear golden blonde with a well appointed off white cap. Nose is soft and airy malts, light honeysuckle, straw, lemon lockets, grain. Taste comprises soft bread, wheat, light malt bill, trace more honey, faint citric whisper. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Drinkable I guess but equally forgettable.

24th March 2016: third of a cask pint in a Shrewsbury Wetherspoons. Golden more than amber in colour, good lacing. Honey notes in both the nose and taste. Even though I have a sweet tooth Honey beers have never set my senses alight, this one didn’t either.

Cask @ Leeds Wetherspoon, Leeds. Golden with a creamy head. Has a crisp light bitterness for its character, that’s certainly sessionable.
