From a bottle at the DC RB gathering January 7, 2017. Pours a clear gold with no head. Aroma of honey, vanilla and apple. Flavors are sweet and very desert like. Tasty stuff.

Sampled at VCBF 2017. Thnx for sharing Tim and Eugene ! Pours clear blonde, smell has some mild funk. Some apples as well. Taste is full, sweet, with a mild sour touch from the apples. Not much of the spices. Nice !

Clear pale yellow mead, no head. Aroma: lots and lots of apples, raisins, some cinnamon, really smells like an apple pie. MF: no carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sourish start, very sweet and sticky, apple juice, alcohol, nice one!

Bottled on January 30, 2017. From Total Wine & More, Clearwater. Different label than the (current) pic on ratebeer.Clear pale golden color, no head, a little residue, some legs. Applesauce, spices scent. Spicy, alcohol, apple sauce, bitter taste. Solvents, apple aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, alcohol finish.

Bottle at the August THT, Den Haag. Poured a clear straw colour with little life. The flavour is apple, vinous. The flavour is moderate sweet with a rich oily alcoholic apple alcohol palate. Medium to full bodied with soft carbonation.
