Bottle. Yep, this is darn tasty - crystal clear golden and still. Aroma is apples, honey, cinnamon. Flavor is sweet, but not overly so, vanilla peaks through as well as the cinnamon apple goodness. A little finishing heat gives away the 17% ABV. This is a tasty one.

375 ml bottle purchased from the meadery. Clear yellow with a mild sugary film around the edge of the glass. Aroma is crisp fresh apples with honey and pie crust.

Flavor is damn near an apple pie. Sliced Apple, trace of cinnamon and light amount of booze. No alcohol burn, real sweet Apple finish. Damn nice.

Bottle courtesy of GT2. Pours tiny reddish golden with some nice looking legs on the glass. Smell is fruity with high quality apple cider, lemon peal, dry soil, alcohol and hints of cinnamon and honey. Taste is tiny sweet, sour, fruity and slightly spicy with honey, pie crust, smashed cider apples, lemon peal and alcohol. Mouthfeel is slightly dry, slightly tart, boozy and medium bodied. Finish is tiny sweet, sour, fruity and tiny spicy with tart apples, lemon peal, dry soil, alcohol and hints of honey. Bit too aggressive on the alcohol but still quite tasty.

Picked this up at a local store. pale yellow appearance. Nose is sweet with a lot of vanilla, baked apples, pineapple and oak. Thick, very sweet, baked apples at the middle and finish. Lots of cinnamon and honestly a pretty straight forward winter mead. but very delicious in small quantities.

Bottle shared by Marcus. Pours light gold with no head. Aroma is very cinnamon. Near full bodied. Flavor is so, so cinnamon. Vanilla is second fiddle. Finishes just a little sweet. Well, a bit more than just a little sweet.

375 ml bottle poured into a Goose Island tulip. Pours a clear straw yellow color with no head, just a little off-white bubbles. Aromas of . Tasting notes of cinnamon, apples, vanilla, honey, pretty rich and sweet with hardly any booze. Medium-light body with a warm and dry finish. Medium carbonation, light syrupy mouthfeel. Really does taste like an apple pie a la mode,

Bottle. Pours with a flat, clear golden hue body, with mild legs. Somewhat generic. Aromas are of lots of acid, citric, apple pie, lemon juice, fresh apple pulp, light cinnamon, mild vanilla. Tons of vanilla/vanillin. A touch of clove. Flavors are of cinnamon sticks, clove, brown sugar, apple pie juiciness, apples. Pretty sweet, syrup in side the apple pie. Tons of acid and some tannins keep it relatively in check. Dessert mead for sure, but not ridiculously decadent like some of the Polish crazies. Pretty good balance of spices, maybe a touch heavy on the cinnamon. Thick, weighted mouthfeel, flat. Solid.
