Pours clear gold with a two finger white head. It has a pleasant aroma of mangoes and citrus fruit. The flavor has good, crisp, lingering bitterness, some malty sweetness, and a load of tasty mangoes that work really well here. Medium bodied and very good.

Slightly hazy copper and bronze coloured body with a nice, two centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of pungent fruits with oranges, mangoes (of course), curacao, grass, hay and a good deal of yeast with the alcohol still noticeable. Medium-bodied; Quite strong hop flavours up front with the grassy and herbal edges and a good deal of the fruits noticeable soon afterwards with the oranges leading the way, but also showing some melons and a strong amount of mangoes, but finishing it all out is the pungent grain and alcohol flavours that somehow show stronger at the end. Aftertaste shows a relatively good balance throughout with the grain, alcohol, fruits and hop flavours all showing well, but the pungent astringency is perhaps a bit too strong near the end. Overall, a nice enough beer that shows some strong hops, a good balance, and a pungent fruity flavour that dominates. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from Joe Canal's Discount Liqour in Lawrenceville, New Jersey on 21-October-2018 for US$5,49 sampled at home in Washington a few hours after returning from Hawai'i and passing right past Joe Canal's on 05-January-2019.

Bomber from Woodman's Waukesha. Clear golden, large fizzy white head, poor retention. Aroma of tropical fruit, oniony hops. Sharp. Taste is piney and oniony hops followed by mango and tropical fruit. Medium bodied, juicy, mild lingering bitterness.
