Draught @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Pours slightly hazy dark yellow with a white head. Aorma of light malt, light yeast, tart fruit, light apricot. Flavor is light tart, some light malt, yeast, tart fruity, apricot. Medium body, average carbonation, light tart fruity finish. 050915

Tap. Sheffield Tap. Cloudy, orange hold. Big, white frothy job for a head. Mineral, gritty sour. Light fruit. Wouldn’t have guessed apricot. Taste is light dry. Mild sourness. Plenty of lip stickage. Foamy mouthfeel. Finishes light sweet. Not tangy enough for me. Bit sweet overall, as a result.

Tap @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Unclear golden with medium off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, notes of apricot and a little tart. Flavour is malt, fruit, yeast, little sour apricot , little citric, little sweet, medium dry and a little bitter.

Tap @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy ruby. Aroma and taste are rich apricot jam, malt, fruits, hops and flowers. Nice.

Keg at the Hanging Bat. Pours hazy pale gold with a thin white head. Aromas of light funk, faint apricot. Taste is more of a sherbet vibe. Not much fruit there. Dry, chalky finish.
